Returns & Refunds

We are proud of the quality of our products. However, if the product does not perform as described on the datasheet, we will provide a replacement or refund within 20 working days of receipt of products. 

Please follow the instructions below when returning products:

• All requests for returns should be communicated to BioBioPha prior to shipping.
• Any items returned to BioBioPha should be in the same or equivalent packaging as originally dispatched by us.
• While returning purchased goods, please inform us of pro-forma invoice number (e.g. BBP202XFXXX).
• This offer is only valid for products purchased directly from BioBioPha.
• Return shipping is absolutely free.

Once your return request is received and approved, we will send scanning of payment voucher in advance and your refund will be processed within 7 working days. Please note that depending on the bank, it may take additional 2-10 working days for us to post the refund to your account.
